Snakes

A puzzle game made with Playdate Pulp where you need to collect all the gold bars in the room to open the exit to the next room. You're followed by snakes after every step, so you can't backtrack. You will probably get stuck, but you can reset the level (or the whole game, if you want) and try again! Try to make it to the end to see the surprise twist ending.

Controls

  • D-pad or arrow keys: move the player
  • B button: Reset entire game
  • A button: Reset current level

I honestly thought this was just going to be a Snake clone but was pleasantly surprised by this journey. Did not see that twist ending coming but it really wrapped the whole game up in a nice package. So rad!

Great video! You did a great job solving those levels, I don't think I'd even be able to do it if I tried going back through. Thanks for playing it and putting this video up.
